The Project Management Team of Economic and Social Empowerment of Rural Communities (ESERC) comprises experienced professionals dedicated to the effective implementation, coordination, and oversight of the organization’s programs and projects. The team brings together a wealth of expertise in public health, project management, finance, legal compliance, and community development.
1. Dr. Mrs. Ndubuisi Amarachi Precious – Executive Director
○ Provides overall leadership, strategic vision, and organizational oversight.
○ Leads stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and donor relations.
○ Ensures alignment of all projects with ESERC’s mission and strategic objectives.
○ Oversees institutional growth, sustainability, and accountability frameworks.
2. The Rev’d Ikechukwu Nwaogu – Executive Director, Programmes / Project Director
○ Leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of all programs and projects.
○ Coordinates field activities, partner collaboration, and team supervision.
○ Ensures timely delivery of project results and donor reporting.
○ Integrates community-based approaches and innovation into programming.
3. Dr. Mrs. Nwankwo Chinweoke Anulika – Technical Advisor, Child and Adolescent Health
○ Provides technical guidance on pediatric and adolescent health interventions.
○ Supports the integration of child health components in ESERC’s community programs.
○ Advises on health education, immunization outreach, and referral systems.
○ Ensures evidence-based practices in the delivery of child-focused health services.
4. Barr. Mrs. Faithvin Nwanchor – Legal Advisor
○ Offers legal counsel and ensures compliance with national laws and donor requirements.
○ Supports policy development, contract review, and risk mitigation strategies.
○ Advises on human rights, gender justice, and protection frameworks.
○ Ensures organizational accountability and legal representation as needed.
5. Mrs. Ifeoma Imo – Health Services Coordinator
○ Coordinates community health interventions and referral linkages.
○ Leads health sensitization, first-line survivor support, and service delivery initiatives.
○ Liaises with health facilities and TBAs to strengthen grassroots healthcare access.
○ Supports data collection and documentation of health-related project outcomes.
6. Mrs. Lawretta Onwudiwe – Program Officer
○ Supports project planning, coordination, and documentation.
○ Monitors field activities and assists in report writing and knowledge management.
○ Facilitates stakeholder meetings, trainings, and community mobilization.
○ Tracks project timelines, deliverables, and beneficiary feedback.
7. Mr. Ifeanyi Akadikuche – Finance Officer
○ Manages financial planning, budgeting, and expenditure tracking.
○ Ensures compliance with donor financial policies and Nigerian regulatory frameworks.
○ Prepares financial reports, oversees audits, and ensures fiscal accountability.
○ Supports procurement, asset management, and financial risk control.
