The Economic and Social Empowerment of Rural Communities (ESERC) continues to strengthen partnerships with government institutions, development partners, civil society organizations, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders to improve access to essential services for vulnerable populations, particularly women, girls, and people living with HIV.
